Before making a purchase, please review the appropriate terms based on the applicable Customer category:

By completing a purchase from 3DXR, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and our Terms and Conditions Policy.


Fraud prevention measures are in place. Suspected fraud may be reported to authorities.


1.      UK Consumers Only

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Returns Options

All returns must be pre-agreed with 3DXR in advance. If a return is sent without prior agreement, it may be rejected. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage to have the item(s) sent back to them.

A. Change of Mind Returns (14 Days)

  • After 14 days of receipt, the sale is considered final, and refunds are not permitted.
  • Items must be returned in resealable ‘as new’ condition. Please note that if any seals have been broken to open the packaging, this will automatically incur a 10% restocking fee as we will need to fully test the item to ensure that it is in working condition.
  • We are under no obligation to accept a return that shows signs of use.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Refunds exclude delivery charges.
  •  Goods remain the Customer’s property until received by 3DXR. If lost in transit, the Customer will be required to liaise with their chosen Courier service to resolve any issues.

 

B. Change of Mind Returns (30 Days)

  • After 30 days of receipt, the sale is considered final, and credit will not be permitted.
  • Items must be returned in resealable ‘as new’ condition. Please note that if any seals have been broken to open the packaging, this will automatically incur a 10% restocking fee as we will need to fully test the item to ensure that it is in working condition.
  • We are under no obligation to accept a return that shows signs of use.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Store credit excludes delivery charges.
  • Goods remain the Customer’s property until received by 3DXR. If lost in transit, the Customer will be required to liaise with their chosen Courier service to resolve any issues.

 

C. Faulty / Damaged Item Returns (30 Days)

  • After 30 days of receipt, the sale is considered final, and a replacement, credit or refund will not be permitted.
  • Photographic or video evidence of the fault/ damage is required when submitting a return request.
  • Items will be inspected by 3DXR Return’s Team, and if found to be in working condition, damaged by the user or modified / soldered, a replacement, credit or refund will not be permitted. In this case, a 10% re-stocking fee may also apply.
  • If the Customer suspects their item(s) have been damaged on delivery, they must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and if possible, sign for the parcel as ‘Damaged on delivery’.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, however, if a fault is confirmed, 3DXR will ensure a refund of the shipping cost is provided to the original payment method. (Please note- Proof of postage is required for this).
  • Goods remain the Customer’s property until received by 3DXR. If lost in transit, the Customer will be required to liaise with their chosen Courier service to resolve any issues.

 

D. Manufacturer Warranty Claims- 180 Days

  • Manufacturing faults typically refer to defects or issues that arise during the production process, such as the use of defective materials or errors in assembly.
  • After 180 days of receipt, the sale is considered final, and a replacement, credit or refund will not be permitted.
  • Photographic or video evidence of the fault/ damage is required when submitting a return request.
  • Items will be inspected by 3DXR Return’s Team and may need to be authorised by the Manufacturer. If item(s) found to be in working condition, damaged by the user or modified/ soldered, a replacement, credit or refund will not be permitted. In this case, a 10% re-stocking fee may also apply.
  • Processing times may vary.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, however, if a fault is confirmed, 3DXR will ensure a refund of the shipping cost is provided to the original payment method. (Please note- Proof of postage is required for this).
  • Goods remain the Customer’s property until received by 3DXR. If lost in transit, the Customer will be required to liaise with their chosen Courier service to resolve any issue.
**What is NOT Covered Under Warranty**
  • User Damage- Drops, impacts, water damage, improper storage.
  • Misuse or Modification- Using the product outside its intended purpose or altering components. If components have been incorporated into or utilized within an unmanned vehicle while it was in operation.
  • Wear & Tear-Gradual degradation from regular use.
  • Batteries (Consumable goods)- See more under Section E.
  • Critical Components: Installing, modifying or flashing firmware, or installing third-party/ custom software on critical components may cause performance issues or damage, potentially voiding the warranty. This applies to, but is not limited to, the following components: Flight Controllers / ESCs /GPS Modules/ Motors/ Propellers.

 

E. Batteries (Consumable Goods)

  • Due to the consumable nature of the goods, 3DXR have a strict 3-day return policy from the date of receipt. After 3 days, the sale is considered final, and a replacement, credit or refund will not be permitted. The Customer should inspect the Batteries and test for dead cells immediately upon receipt. Please note that all Batteries and tested prior to being dispatched.
  • Photographic or video evidence of the fault/ damage is required when submitting a return request.
  • Batteries will be inspected by 3DXR Return’s Team, and if found to be in working condition, damaged by the user or modified, will not be refunded or replaced. In this case, a 10% re-stocking fee may also apply.
  • If the Customer suspects their item(s) have been damaged on delivery, they must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and if possible, sign for the parcel as ‘Damaged on delivery’.
  • If the return request has been accepted, Batteries may require special shipping procedures due to transport restrictions and safety regulations. The Customer must therefore always contact info@3dxr.co.uk before returning the goods.  
  • Goods remain the Customer’s property until received by 3DXR. If lost in transit, the Customer will be required to liaise with the Courier to resolve any issues.
  • Change of Mind: Returns for unwanted Batteries are not accepted due to safety and storage regulations.

Different terms apply for International Customers, compared to UK Consumer.

Change of Mind:

  • Returns for unwanted items, from International Customers will not be accepted. Please ensure the order is correct before purchasing.

Faulty/ Damaged:

  • Photographic or video evidence of the fault/ damage is required when submitting a return request.
  • If accepted, items will be inspected by 3DXR Return’s Team. If item(s) found to be in working condition, damaged by the user or modified / soldered, a replacement, credit or refund will not be permitted. In this case, a 10% re-stocking fee may also apply.
  • Goods remain the Customer’s property until received by 3DXR. If lost in transit, the Customer will be required to liaise with their chosen Courier service to resolve any issue.
  • Return shipping costs and any associated charges or delays caused by Custom Clearance are the responsibility of the Customer. Please check your Country’s specific regulations before purchasing from 3DXR. (Note- Indian Customs: ‘Uncleared’ or unaccepted packages cannot be returned due to Indian local custom regulations and are therefore non-refundable).
Manufacturer Warranty:
  • Warranty claims may be processed based on the manufacturer’s terms, and repairs/replacements will be handled accordingly.

 Batteries (Consumable Goods):

B2B returns are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of 3DXR.

  • Returns for unwanted items from’B2B’ Customers will not be accepted. Please ensure the order is correct before purchasing.
Faulty/ Damaged:
  • Photographic or video evidence of the fault/ damage is required when submitting a return request.
  • If accepted, items will be inspected by 3DXR Return’s Team. If item(s) found to be in working condition, damaged by the user or modified / soldered, a replacement, credit or refund will not be permitted. In this case, a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
  • Goods remain the Customer’s property until received by 3DXR. If lost in transit, the Customer will be required to liaise with their chosen Courier service to resolve any issue.
