Shipping & Delivery Information

At 3DXR, we have extensive experience in securely packing and shipping orders both within the UK and internationally. We offer a range of reliable delivery options tailored to meet your needs.

UK Delivery Options

Free UK Standard Delivery – Available on orders over £99*
(Typically delivered next working day, subject to courier collection cut-off times.)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Next working day delivery for orders placed by 16:00 (4pm). Fully tracked.
  • DHL Express Next Day – Next working day delivery for orders placed by 13:30 (1:30pm). Fully tracked.
  • FedEx Priority – Next working day delivery for orders placed by 13:30 (1.30pm). Fully tracked.

Please note:

  • *Free delivery excludes batteries, oversized items, and remote UK areas such as the Highlands due to courier surcharges.
  • Batteries over 100Wh are classified as Dangerous Goods and will be shipped via FedEx only.
  • We reserve the right to select the most appropriate courier based on order value, size, and delivery location.
  • Orders placed after Friday cut-off will be dispatched the following Monday. 

International Delivery Options

  • DHL Express (Air) – Fast delivery to most European countries (often next day). Same-day dispatch for orders placed by 13:30 (1:30pm) UK time. Fully tracked.
  • DHL Economy (Road) – Cost-effective alternative to Express, suitable for non-urgent orders. Fully tracked.

Please note:

  • International orders are VAT-exempt and include a full commercial invoice for customs clearance.
  • Import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. These are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations (not 3DXR).
  • Upon arrival in the destination country, local customs will contact the buyer to arrange payment of any applicable charges. 3DXR cannot predict or calculate these fees in advance.
  • All batteries are treated as Dangerous Goods and will be shipped via FedEx only.
  • Orders placed after the Friday cut-off time will be dispatched on Monday.
  • If no shipping options appear at checkout (commonly due to batteries or bulky items), please contact us at info@3dxr.co.uk for a custom quote.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on location, weight, and courier availability. While generally accurate, additional charges may apply for remote areas, large or heavy items, or special handling requirements. If any additional payment is required, we will contact you directly.
  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, refusal, or failed delivery, we will refund the product cost minus any postage charges incurred.
    Please note: For deliveries to India, packages that are not cleared by customs cannot be returned due to local regulations and are therefore non-refundable.
