Returns Policy

 

 

1.     RETURNS AND REFUNDS OVERVIEW

Please notify us of any issues or concerns as soon as possible via email (info@3dxr.co.uk).

 If you continue to use an item after a fault develops, you may invalidate the warranty. Generally, we have very low returns rate and majority of the returns are due to faulty items. This is in part due to stocking high quality items and working in close relationship with these manufacturers. We want our customers to enjoy the items they purchase and be there when they need us if a problem occurs.

We have the following options for returns:


A.    Change of mind returns - 14 Days

B.    Change of mind returns - 30 Days

C.    Faulty Items Returns - 30 Days

D.    Warranty Claims - 180 Days

E.    Battery & Consumable items - 7 Days


A.    Change of mind returns - 14 days from receipt

You can return your item for a refund within 14 days of receipt subject to the following conditions:

·       Items must be returned in original condition.

·       it should be in as new condition; signs of use or missing accessories may mean we cannot issue a refund.

·       You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions.

·       We make checks to protect us from fraud and to ensure the items sent back are the items we sent out and not from another seller. If fraud is suspected, it may be reported to the relevant authorities.


B.    Change of mind returns - 30 days from receipt

You can return your item for store credit within 30 days of receipt subject to the following conditions:

·       Items must be returned in original condition.

·       It should be in as new condition; signs of use or missing accessories may mean we cannot issue a refund.

·       You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.

·       Store Credit will be issued for the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions.

·       We make checks to protect us from fraud and to ensure the items sent back are the items we sent out and not from another seller. If fraud is suspected, it may be reported to the relevant authorities.


C.    Faulty Item returns - 30 days from receipt

You have 30 days form receipt to report a faulty item for refund or replacement with the following conditions:

·       We may require trouble shooting to be performed by the customer or ourselves.

·       We may need the manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty.

·       Faults caused by misuse, out of spec, crash, bad soldering, damaged caused by the customer etc. are not covered.

·       Items returned which are not faulty will be returned once return shipping is paid, there may be additional charges for diagnostic or time wasting.


D.    Warranty Claims - 180 days from receipt

We offer 180 day warranty from the day of receipt for manufacturing faults. The item will be repaired or replaced subject to the following conditions:

·       Warranty claim may need to be authorised by manufacturer.

·       We may require trouble shooting to be performed by the customer or ourselves.

·       If the Warranty Claim is approved, we will cover postage both ways.


E.    Battery & Consumable items - 7 Days from receipt

You have 7 days from receipt to tell us about a faulty battery or consumable item. After this time we assume the item arrived without issue. You should inspect and test the items upon receipt. Batteries should be tested for dead cells on arrival.
